- Training that focuses specifically on my weak areas
- Learning principles that will improve my overall performance as a student
- Excellent time management skills - more energy to perform the tasks I'm given as a student
- The ability to recall more information and process new knowledge more efficiently
- An overall increase in my ability to learn across all my subjects and courses
- Better grades in all my classes, not just one
Because the Academic Coaching program is so versatile, there is virtually no student who could not benefit from the program. There are a number of different scenarios in which Academic Coaching is appropriate in helping a student reach his/her goals.
A high school student with mediocre grades in multiple courses could use Academic Coaching to bring his grades up to a point where college or university admission becomes a possibility.
A university student with above average grades, but who falls short of the GPA she needs to graduate Magna Cum Laude (a credential that would ease her passage into a Masters or PhD program), could use Academic Coaching to hone certain skills and get an extra edge.
Even a student whose grades are not a major concern, but wants to get more out of his education - wants to learn more and retain more knowledge, could use Academic Coaching to boost his rate of assimilation and retention.
